The Stallion for this service will stand at the following Collection Centre: Wilmor Downs Equine Breeding Services, 1205 Lowestoff Road, Capella Q 4723 Contact: Lenore Cole: 0409 568 378 AI ONLY Fresh, Chilled or Frozen semen. 4. It is agreed that the full Service Fee must be paid prior to semen being shipped or mare being bred at Wilmor Downs Equine Breeding Services. 6. A Live Foal Guarantee is offered with this service fee if the foal dies within 48 hours of foaling, or if stillborn, in both cases a report certified by a practicing Veterinary Surgeon is required within 10 days of the date of the foal’s death. If the Mare is returned to competition after being serviced, this guarantee will not be valid. It is then agreed that the Owner may return the Mare for breeding for the following breeding season and no additional Service fee will be charged, for one season only, other associated charges will still apply. 7. The Mare Owner will be responsible for payment of all Veterinary/Breeding Charges and Fees including but not limited to collection, insemination, scanning, treatment drugs, worming, treatment, preventive measures, examination etc. as necessary, mare handling fees, agistment of the mare, semen transport, and any other related expenses. 8. It is agreed that the chosen Collection Centre is independent of the Stallion Owner and the Stallion Owner shall not be responsible for any injury to the Mare or her progeny or loss incurred by the Mare Owner however caused. Nor shall they be responsible for any disease, accident, sickness or death to the Mare or foal. 9. It is further agreed that should the Stallion die or become unfit for service, or the above named Mare should die or become unfit for service, then this contract shall become null and void. Agistment and Veterinary Fees must be paid by the mare owner where required. 10. Australian Quarter Horse and Australian Stockhorse Breeding Certificates will not be issued unless the above mentioned Mare is registered with either Associations at the time of signing this contract. If a late Stallion breeding return is required, the Mare Owner is liable to pay the late or extra fees required. 11. When the Mare Owner signs and returns This Contract to the Stallion Owners it will be a binding contract for both parties’ subject to the above terms and conditions. This contract is not transferable or assignable. In the event that the said mare is sold, the Service Fee and any other outstanding fees, shall immediately become due and payable by the undersigned owner. The Service fee is not transferrable. 12. The Shipped Semen will be collected at the Collection Centre mentioned above. The Mare Owner agrees to pay the transport costs to deliver the semen and any additional collection fees required. Semen is available with prior notice only and Mare Owners must be aware that if semen is needed over the weekend or out of business hours’ additional fees may be charged to them. Semen will not be shipped until the service fee, collection and shipping fees have been paid. Stallion Owner or the agreed Veterinary Clinic are not liable for Semen lost in transport or for delays in semen arriving to its destination and /or if this causes loss of motility to the live semen. The Mare Owner is responsible for any costs. Where additional semen is required Mare Owners are to pay the additional collection fees and shipping expenses to the nominated breeding centre before additional semen is shipped.
